Also don't know if the belt you are wearing is a gun belt or a department store belt. If is not a gun belt I strongly advise getting a good one. Beltman.MS or even Comtac.

Ah, I've also found that if I put my thumb over the rear sights it seems to smooth out my draw for some reason. I guess I was tilting and drawing at the same time before, causing it to stick a bit.
The belt I have which is in the pics is a Galco gun belt.

I'm playing with it now on both belt loops on the 4th hole from the top to lower it a bit. It seems to be better. Any which way I have it doens't really seem uncomfortable, so it is hard to find the perfect way to leave it.

Ah, was thinking reversal, but couldn't quite get it...thanks.

By the way, generally the more cant you can add and still draw okay, the better the concealment of the butt.
The butt is generally the hardest part to hide when you bend or stretch, especially with the pinkie extension on there.

Ya that pinky extension is uncomfortable too. I had a mag laying around that doesn't have an extension and it is a lot easier to conceal and more comfortable when driving too.

I went to the range and shot with my new xs big dots and they work pretty well. I like the added contol and grip with the extensions but for carry and concealment, maybe without the extension is the way to go.

One time I thought my sack was going to come up in my throat the gun seemed to be stuck.
Not sure if it's the same for Glocks, but it's very common for 1911's to get stuck in the MTAC due to the trigger guard molding and the flex applied to the holster while being worn. It should wear itself in eventually, and it will vary based on body type and position, but in the meantime you'll find that a subtle clockwise twist (grip towards your body) will release the pistol easily. At least that works for most of us who have trouble with "sticky" MTACs.

Ditto on the twist to body and draw, will pull lot less on holster.

I'm a righty so my left hand raises my shirt for my right hand to get a grip and I simply pull the gun out. No struggle.

I'm 5'10" and 215#. I carry a full size XD40 4# in the MTAC at about 3:30 - 4:00 on the right side. I carry it a little high to make sure the top of the kydex part of the holster is above the waistline of my pants. I thought my retention screws were way too tight before, but it ended up that the belt and pants were actually hindering the draw. Once I raised the entire top edge of the kydex above the pants, it solved the problem. I carry it one notch lower in the front than the rear, and that seems to be the best for me after about 2 weeks of messin' with it.

Cheers!
