I have an Alessi IWB for mine. It fits like a glove. Almost Kydex-like in that it actually snaps into place.

I carry an XD45 Service. I have a couple highnoon holsters, both which fit your budget. I also have a new tt gunleather holster that I got (about 1.75x to 2x your budget), with some photos posted HERE.

For ~$50 it's hard to say. If you can afford $15 more take a look at Raven Concealment or Crossbreed Supertuck. Both excellent, but I prefer Raven because of it's ability to work as OWB too.

If you want Leather try Little Bear Holsters. He can build a holster to your specs. Ride height, cant etc is all user configured. Dave is a great guy to work with. I have a holster being built for a Dan Wesson CBOB 1911 now which I will post some pictures of once it arrives.

All of the above options start around $65 and as you add options, it will go up. You have to pay for quality though and all of the above mentioned holsters have a good warranty and if you don't like it they will take it back no problem, but I'm sure you'll like them if you decide to go with one of my recommendations.

Of course you have Milt Sparks, UBG Holsters, TT Gunleather, High Noon etc. All of which will be great, but may have more of a wait time depending on current backlog. Check around and see what you think of their available options.

XD 45 Service in a Fist #43 which can be worn either OWB or IWB. I have worn it both modes and it does well in each.
