Shoulder holster for xd 45
I need a shoulder holster for my xd .45 service model. I need one for suit carry and also jacket carry.

I plan on eventually purchasing a shoulder holster for while riding my motorcycle (or extended driving). I will purchase a Galco shoulder rig. This is supposed to be one of the best shoulder rigs available. It's a tad pricey, but worth it if it's as comfortable as I have heard/read. Good luck on your search.

Alessi bodyguard is frequently talked about as being the best shoulder holster you can get.
I have also heard great things about Andrews Leather Monarch rig. |

I have a Galco Miami Classic for my XD45. It is only the 2nd shoulder rig I've tried, and I should have bought it in the first place. I do plan to buy another one for my Glocks in the future.

I could, but it would be easier to buy another rig and set it up, instead of having to take the same one apart every time I want to switch holster components.

I wear an Uncle Mike's vertical holster under my motorcycle leathers, works just fine. I sometimes use the same rig under a jacket. I like it better than the leather horizontal holster I bought in Sarajevo...
