Raven Concealment Systems??
This post goes out to all of you fellas who own a Raven Concealment holster. My main question is how comfortable are the things? They sure don't look too comfortable, but it seems that i've seen a few posts over the past month that compare their comfort to a crossbreed (which I own) or an MTAC. Would you agree with this?
I'm hoping to acquire a XD Subcompact soon and have been trying to match a hoster to it to make a more concealable rig than my full-size SR9 and crossbreed combo. If these things are as comfortable as my crossbreed then i believe that I will have to get one (should be a less restrictive draw since it doesn't have the leather backing thats present on the crossbreed, agreed?). All pictures of your rigs will be greatly appreciated! So how 'bout those Raven holsters? likes/dislikes? Thanks in advance for all inputs/opinions.

I have one for my P228 and one for my P220. Extremely light and comfortable and provide excellent concealment. When I really want to conceal either of those pistols with no chance of printing, my Raven is my "go to" holster.

Before working with them on their Appendix Carry Rig I used the Phantom and wrote this review-

Fantastic holster. It's easily interchangable as an IWB or OWB setup. Very form fitting, very secure for level 1 rig. I also got the 2 mag carrier. I ordered another holster molded for condition 1 and my TLR-2 but had to send it back b/c it was made for cond 2 (grrrrr). Their customer service is pretty good so far.

I've tried a couple that other people had and found them to be very comfortable. Definitely what I would buy if I was going to go with a kydex rig.

I like mine for my G19. comfortable because it's not a flat piece of kydex, it's formed slightly to a contour. It also is wide at the bottom so it doesn't flop and it doesn't push up when you sit down.

I can only describe as feeling like you are concealing the pistol by wrapping a wide ace bandage around it.

Just buy one... they're great. But holsters are always such a personal thing.
My guess is they typically have only about 12 degrees of cant. Absolutely perfect for me on a striker fired pistol, but some folks like the super duper 25 degree cant holsters.
