![]() Hi all, I'm new to these forums, so forgive my noob-ness. I have a full frame S&W MP9mm. I just took the Arizona CCW course and am now looking for a good carry holster for it. I work in a "business casual" environment (tucked in collared shirts and dress pants) and need something that can provide me adequate concealment. A buddy suggested something called a "Pager Pal". Does anyone know about this? Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks guys and gals. - Paul

What are the pros and cons of an IWB holster vs an ankle holster? Or even between differend IWB holsters? I'm looking at the M-TAC, the Infidel and the Pro Undercover holsters

I think a full-size M&P is going to be way too big to comfortable carry in an ankle holster.
I frequently carry an M&P 9c in the MTAC, and it is my favorite holster (I also have one for my P226). Matt

An ankle carry of a full size pistol is near impossible with out printing badly. IWB conceals more of the pistol with less of a cover garment. On the waist carry provides quicker access to the pistol in a emergency.
Different people find different IWB holsters most comfortable to them. Differing body size and types contribute to what feels best/ works best for you. Unfortunately it can be trial and error resulting in the dreaded box 'o holsters.

Thanks for the advice. That's what I'm afraid of...waisting $$ on a holster that I don't like or doesn't work the way I want it to. I'm sensing a mix of leather and Kydex is the best way to go (for comfort and function). Is it better to order online, or to wait for a gunshow??

I ordered the Phantom online just now. I read some other forums highly recomending it above all others. I'm excited to try it out!
