South Carolinians near Florence, Columbia or Charlotte

Anyone know of a gun shop near one of these towns that may carry High Noon Holsters? I need to pick up 2 "split decisions" and would rather pick em up myself rather than send away for em if possible.

Id be up for other brands too but would like to know where you shop for these items as there isnt anyplace right down the road for me.

Also since this weekend is a tax free weekend for guns and ammo, I think its a good time and I have my CWP class on Saturday. The instructor wants us to have a holster and if I cant find one for the Keltecs tomorrow Ill have to use the Hi Point C9 for my shooting.

Not that I have a problem with that. Just prefer the KelTec.

Nice. I use a gun shop near Hilton Head but their selection of holsters is very limited. I have been buying them directly from Desantis (yaqui, my favorite) and Gunnersalley.com (Uncle Mike's). Have fun at your training. I took mine from a recently retired Navy guy who was great.

Thanks. I do have a tuckable Ace Case which I bough for the Hi Point when I got it and the KelTec fits in it so I may get away with that for this weekend but Im gonna look around tomorrow and see what I find.

I think the High Noon Split Decision is what I want though.

High Noon is a sponsor here. I would send them a PM and ask if they have any retailers there.

When I took my SC CWP training a few weeks ago, it was a class of 18. Most of these folks were obviously inexperienced with firearms (not that I am an old hand, nooo) and had an odd collection of holsters, from good ones to cowboy holsters. I wouldn't get too stressed about getting just the right one (like I did). All you are going to be doing is standing in the range booth, pulling your gun into ready position or drawing periodically and putting holes in the paper targets at 5, 7, 10 and 12 yards. OWB holster would work best for this training IMO.

Hi AllAmerican, Good luck with your holsters and the CWP class. I took the course about a year ago here in the "upstate". Thoroughly enjoyed it.
One slight correction regarding the tax free weekend. Only certain "handguns", rifles and shotgun sales are tax exempt ..... not ammo or accessories. Go to:
http://www.sctax.org/NR/rdonlyres/BA...F/0/RR0813.pdf for details or click on this "tiny url" ...

Hope this helps. Best!
