Sparks Leather
Ok so I am finally getting close to the financial ability to buy a custom holster. I have narrowed it down to Milt Sparks and a few others. I have seen so many people here have the VM II and are really happy with it. However, I like the looks of the Executive Companion. Mr. Kanaley himself prefers this holster and that says something. I am still weeding out this very big purchase for me. Has anybody got the Executive Companion? How about both it and the VM II? I have already spoken with Mr. Kanaley by PM here several months ago and am just getting around to possibly buying. I am buying it for my Glock 23. Thanks in advance.

I would agree with Tony and buy the Executive Companion. I have one and I like it. Regards, Richard

Tony spoke with me also, about his experience with the Executives Companion, as I'd been using one for years, and wondered about the EC vs. VM2 thing.
I'm currently using VM2's for my Colts' Commander, G19, S&W 2.5" 686/4" 66 and 3" 65. And an Executive Companion for the big fatty Glocks (ala G20 and 21). Non mas fina for the big Glocks, IMO! That paddle makes a huge difference. And an Executive Companion for the G34. If I had to make a choice, as to which is more concealable or more comfortable, I'd have a really hard time choosing. I've currently an elephant Axiom and another horse/shark VM2 on order...... You'll be happy with any of 'em. Toss a coin. |

For me, the VersaMax-II pulled the butt of my G-23 in closer to my side than the Executive's Companion.
Order now and shorten the wait, they don't charge you until the holster goes to the bench! ![]()

Have used them both and have both and I also prefer the EC, it spread the weight of the gun over a wider area and since I have a really bad back this helps! Lou ALessi's Hideout and ALex Nossar's IWB3 are fairly close and if you don't want a really wide flange then look at Lou Alessi's PCH.
