You'll have a blast making kydex holsters. Take your time, wear thick gloves, and be creative. Don't skimp out on finishing up the holster. I know it takes extra time, but rounding sharp edges and sanding things smooth really add to the finished product.

thanks for all the advice guys! i have a question...can you use glue to bond the seams??
 maybe a pvc glue?? isn't it a pvc product??  |

PVC Cement does not work well at all and the normal cements for vinyl and plastic don't work worth a crap either. Super glue sucks also.
There IS a special Kydex bonding adhesive out there but, I'll be dogged if I can remember the name of it. Somebody here will know. |

thanks guys!
so i am working on a deal to get 256 12"x12" kydex sheets! the only catch is the color is gray granite! do yall think the color is ok for holsters and such? here is a pic of the color it is..  |

I myself tend to stick with basic black. Although I have made one or two in OD green..
Now for granite I would have to see one... Good luck and post some pic's of a finished holster... |

yeah i agree black is the best color! but i can get all that kydex for $.78 a sheet!!
damn cheap!!! |
