Haugen model #14 and Fist #18 paddles
Anyone have any experience with Haugen model #14 Agent Paddle Holster? I'm particularly interested in how close it's held to the body (relative to other paddles, of course, not belt or IWB or other options.)
Looking for a good leather paddle after a couple of paddle failures (even a Galco Matrix paddle sheered off--about 2" below the retaining screws and, arthritic as I am, I am definitely not a real strong type) and also considering the Fist # 18. My only concerns with the Fist are: 1) how easily does the holster inadverdantly draw out with the firearm--do the little "wings" actually have a retentive purpose? and 2) does the lack of a sight channel cause drag when drawing the firearm? Appreciate any and all opinions.

Look at the Kramer Gunleather MSP Paddle it appears all leather and very close fitting.
