Looks good, but I would re-arrange it a bit for a Right hand shooter.
I suggest that the 642 should be in the front of the mag and reversed with more cant like a crossdraw.

I have the same type rig but for a P3AT that John Ralston of 5Shot made me two or three years ago. It is an excellent way to carry your backup gun.

I like the Idea, but IWB that fits a Colt Defender would be what I need. If I ever get the funds I'll have to give Rhome the call.
