Nice. I own 3 ST's and have never had any problem. They are always a pleasure to deal with and turn around time is second to none

Are you trying to make a certain point here?
You already said you don't like our products which is completely fine, you are eniteled to what works best for you.

Copycats..holster makers copying others work...Say it ain't so..
That is one butt ugly holster though, but I don't like the Crossbreed either.
What works for one, not always best for others..Luck.

I apologize in advance if I'm misconstruing your drift here, just though I'd point it out.

Thanks

Don't worry about it Mark...some people can't help but hate the popular kids.

No agenda my friend.
I have actually used your product, and as I said, I don't like it. That is my opinion and being subjective on this subject. Others have said the same in the past, as well as others I know who have used your holster. They just don't happen to be members here.
Opinions are subjective. Same could be said about your product in a positive manner. Many say how wonderful it is. Same thing.
I would not get too upset about someone's opinion on an internet forum. Your product will and should speak for itself. Most things in life are not for everyone, kind of what makes being different a good thing. Luck.

General wear and tear, even under extreme conditions and environments, is always covered 100%

We have well over 15,000 holsters made and delivered over the past 3 years and our return/repair rate (including "try-it-free" returns) has run below 2% for the vast majority of that time.

Stuff happens, things break sometimes.

I'd rather earn customer for life than quibble over a few bucks.
Mark, Why don't you make a holster 2" wider and offer it with a mag pouch attached instead of the separate pouch you also have??

The mag pouch would be on the wrong side of your body.

I've seen leather holsters with this set up, with a mag pouch in front of or behind the gun. I believe Limatunes actually had a pic or two of a holster she used like this.

Fair enough and well stated, peace.
