The price is great and after talking to Eric for long periods, I would go with him. I also own one of his IWB's for a Browning HP and LOVE IT!

He is an excellent craftsman and his candor is above and beyond. He is quite frank and up front. I really like that... He will also do more of that "personal touch".
+1

I've bought a couple of holsters from Eric and he is great. I spent a ton of time on the phone with him and he is everything Silver Wolf said and more. And the bonus is he gets his holsters out really quickly now. I have the Pro TL Tuckable, and I plan on getting the DC Tuckable next.

I've never ordered any from Nate at UBG, but several people here have. The ones I've seen are very nice and Nate is a regular here and seems like a great guy.

I'd say from seeing some other's experiences posted here that you should order your holster from someone that not only makes great holsters, but one that you can get in touch with and get along with. Both Eric and Nate seem to fit that bill.

I gave Eric a call and talked for a little bit - realized I need to figure out exactly what I want (first holster). Very nice/helpful guy, he'll get my business.

Didn't call Nate, unfortunately. Too little money, too many gun accessories!

I have a Triskel for my SA XD and a DC tuckable for my DW CBOB. Both are great holsters, craftmanship, functionality the works. Ease of business would have to go to Eric. Mark was great to speak with but was hard to get in touch with most of the time. I did busines with Eric AFTER his problems had been resolved and was very easy to reach, returnd calls timely and turned my order around in about 3 weeks.

So I would not hesitate to do business with Eric in the future. Most likely the only way Mark would get another order from me is if he had a unique product that I could get nowhere else and I really didn't NEED it anyways.

Just my opinion

If they offer what you want you can't beat Milt Sparks Holsters. I too have several of their holsters and have had for a few years. They hold up very well.

I also have a Bromeland MaxCon-V which is excellent but... you'll be waiting a very long time to get one. Mine took over a year.

Coal Creek Armory..won't have to wait..but you will pay. I was fortunate they had one in left hand for a good price. Understand that is not always the case..Luck.

Without hesitation buy from HBE. Eric's COM III is the best IWB out there IMO. Have 3 HBE's and waiting on #4. I wore my first COM III with a full size SA 1911 form NC to Fl and can honestly say I suffered zero discomfort on that 853 mile trip. It's design distributes the pressure and with the extra leather really keeps it in place. Here is a pic for my 77 BHP when I first bought it and I absolutely love it! Also recommend his Pro TL for short barreled weapons. Easy on/off and high quality like the rest of his products.

My second recommendation is TT Gunleather. I had one of his early IWB designs for my SA Champion and really liked it, but sold it with the Champ when I decided no short barreled 1911's could gain 100% of my trust. His work has improved with every holster he puts out and is up there with Sparks IMO and costs less with a great turnaround time. Have one of his IWB's on order for my new H&K P7. He also offers LEO/Military and EMS discounts, something that the other makers should also do IMO.

Happy shopping

I say order the Milt Sparks and you can't go wrong...I've been delighted with every holster I've gotten from Sparks!

Order now and you'll be happy in about 5 months...

Check out Rusty Sherrick - time wait is much more reasonable - 7 - 8 weeks.

Milt Sparks is top notch. I have a VM II for my G27 that I love. Great comfort, retention and draw. They deliver as promised. I actually got mine early.

Well worth the wait IMO.

Appreciate all the help, called Eric and ordered a COM III. Should be about 3 weeks, I'll be sure to post pictures.
