thunderwear vs smartcarry

I have the smartcarry but often wonder if there is any real difference. Does anyone have experience with both? What are your thoughts?

I also use a smartcarry. From what I have seen, the two look about the same and pretty much serve the same purpose.

Thunderwear may have been around longer than smartcarry, I'm not sure about that though.

Thunderwear is not as well made as Smartcarry. The main difference is double stitches on the seams and thicker material.

I understand that the seam on the Thunderwear tends to catch your weapon while drawing. SC uses a patented process of preventing that. SC also uses a sweat proof breathable backer rather than "diaper material".

I did this research last week and my SC is being hand crafted as we speak :)

I have Thunderwear and the Smartcarry improvements are true. My holster has worked fine though, I usually carry a polymer gun and the grip protrudes above the seam so snagging is not an issue. It is with my snubbie, though.
