I carry mine in a Galco pocket holster. I don't even notice it.

I like it so well, I've not worn my 1911 since I bought my S&W 642 last month.

I have a S&W 442 and with it being such a small gun I prefer pocket carry.

Cool

Should you decide on a pocket holster for the S&W, I've got a Mitch Rosen 'Cozy' in as new condition for sale.

Before I'd spend the price for a Royal Guard, I'd buy a custom holster myself.

I love the Royal guard, it is my primary carry holster for my primary carry gun (S&W 340PD w/ Crimson Trace grips. off duty of course). My only complaint is that the belt loops are a bit thick and print from time to time - other than that I find it comfortable, light weight, sweat resistant and sturdy. Easy to draw from.
