I first talked to Eric on Jan. 2, 2009 and received my holster and belt on Feb. 2, 2009. Was quoted 3-4 weeks. Can't complain about that! I was impatient -- my first custom holster! Everyone posting these beautiful photos of HBE holsters, knowing I had one coming... it was torture waiting!!! Jules Edited to add - I have a S&W 649 snubbie - I called Eric and described my physical limitations and let him pick the holster --- I **think** he called it a "pancake"... it is OWB, to wear appendix, with pretty good amount of muzzle foward cant, and has small slots for the belt to go through. A friend is coming tomorrow, will have him try to get photos of it on me - he wants to try it as he will probably order one for his Taurus Snub... so I will at least take photos of it on him. CONGRATULATIONS!!! I'm am sold on Erics HBE holsters. You didn't say which model of holster you bought. Don't let us down. Post pics. Should be one of the Forum Rules! New gun or holster require pics with posts.

Congrats! I'm going to have to contact Eric next week about getting a holster for the M&P9c I just picked up today.
I love my HBE leather.
