Hoffners Hybrids
I'm looking for a close fitting OWB with an Askins design. Saw these. Anyonehave any pics or feedback?

I have a Hoffner Hybrid Warrior (5" 1911), it doesn't ride as close as they lead you to believe and it's somewhat of a high rider, but it's still a damn fine holster. I haven't used it much but the few times I did I liked it. For me the height wasn't too much of an issue, but it'd doesn't make for a very concealable rig, IMHO a cover garment will be definitely needed. If you plan on OC'ing the rig is fine as is.
My rig has the 3/4" slots and while usually a .5" belt would do the trick, I'm of the opinion that a 3/4" belt is really needed. I'll try and post some pics later this week. |

I'm very happy with my CBST, but the Hoffner Hybrid UST looks pretty interesting...
