anyone have the crossbreed SOB?

I just ordered the SOB for my XD9SC and I am really hoping it is money well spent. I went with the SOB because it looks like it will be really concealable. I have UBG Canute which I love but am looking to maybe get a little more covered. any thoughts? I know you all rave about the supertuck and am hopingthe SOB is just as good.

I have both the Supertuck IWB (PPS & Sig p229) and the SOB version for my PPS. The SOB seemed like a good idea at the time and it is easier to conceal, but my personal take is that for me it's less practical than I had hoped for. :-( The single belt loop just doesn't hold the gun as securely without it occasionally sliding too low to be as accessible as I would like. The other issue is that it's a bugger to put on/off! Perhaps I'm just uncoordinated ... but I've become a non-believer and gone to IWB at 4:00. I love the supertuck for this .. so it's not a beef against Crossbreed which makes a great product ... just not so sure that SOB is the best carry position (for me at least).

FWIW ...

i was also curious about this holster and this carry position in general. Seems like a good option for us fat guys. I wish there was a clip option for this style but it probably wouldn't be stable enough i guess.

looks like I'm gonna be the forum guinea pig. The payment came out of my account today so maybe next week I'll have a report. I too am in the "horizontally challenged" category.

The co-worker who recommended CrossBreed to me wears a Crossbreed SOB for a J-Frame exclusively. He let me try it out at the range, but the SOB position felt awkward. Not the holster, it felt good, just awkward drawing from SOB because I have never drawn before from an SOB holster. If I trained with an SOB, I believe that it would eventually work fine and I would be very comfortable with the holster position.
