Alessi SH and 19-4 S&W

Hi folks,

Here is my new 19-4. The Alessi shoulder holster courtesy of TwinCarry. It's my Harley riding rig. Too cold to ride today but I love the combo!

May Mr. Alessi RIP. Feel fortunate to own one of his rigs.

Thanks Rod!!!

Thanks gents for the compliments and especially TwinCarry who set me up with one of the late Mr. Alessi Shoulder Holsters. After a little adjusting I have it set up right nicely. The Smith and holster are just what I needed for riding and around town use. It's very quick to don and take off which is a big plus.

Regards,

Roger

Great looking rig, is the snap in the trigger guard a draw through design where you can pull the gun out of the holster without first unsnapping the snap?

Sure is Texan. It's a brilliant design IMO. I adjusted it to where the butt rides a little higher in the rig. I carefully tried shaking it out upside down and it takes a jolt to bust the snap, but if you pull on the grip while being worn it busts loose easily. Very good fit for the 19 as there is no slop in it.

It's too bad I was a day late and a dollar short to get one. I've always wanted a good shoulder rig. TwinCarry must have been having a weak moment to let that one go.

Haven't seen any activity from him (TC) lately here on the Forum. He's a great guy and he really hooked me up on this Alessi. I did PM and e-mailed photos of it on me. Holster and Smith looks better than than me in the photos.

Sportsterguy, your too kind!

Regarding the Alessi holster...Man I have to agree, it's a perfect match especially with those BEAUTIFUL GRIPS! Plus their was no surprises. We knew it would do go well with your K-frame.

Do I have any regrets??? Absolutely not! It was a pleasure to get to know you.

Roger, I apologize that I've been MIA in the past week. My parents and sister came to visit and are helping us with the twins. Haven't spent much time with the computer lately. I'll be checking your email.

In the mean time, enjoy the ride with your new buddies - Alessi &
SW19.

Rod, Back at you. It WAS my pleasure getting to know you! We did right on the deal. The grips are Ahrends RBFG and are the best I've ever slapped on a S&W. I love the 19 and holster.

Glad you have some family to help with them twins! Absolutely no need to apologize as family comes first in my book. Them little buggers grow up quick and your parents will be spoiling them boys. I spoil my G-Daughter Harley daily and love it. Didn't have the money when we were younger to spoil our girl's but Harley will not go without!

Pics of the whole set-up are in your in box. I look much more handsome in person.

Sturgis next summer? I'm game if you are. The BEST riding in the US IMO is the Black Hills area and you gotta have that Harley. I'll be on a new Road Glide by then if everything works out. It'll be a very memorable trip!

Take care,

Roger
