Thumbs up Pure Kustom "Black Ops" Holster, A+++

Last Tuesday, at 5PM, I placed an email order with Pure Kustom (DC vendor), for the Black Ops IWB/OWB for my PT1911.
Before 8PM I had a call from Rocky at Pure Kustom with a few questions.
It shipped the next day and was waiting in my PO Box when I checked my mail Saturday.
Rocky added an awesome Pure Kustom knit cap, which youngest daughter has claimed.

Got a call from Rocky this evening to make sure I had received my holster and see how I liked it.
I have to tell you, this holster and the attached outstanding customer service is worth every penny! Rocky is a craftsman in the truest sense of the word. His customers come first.
Okay, everyone by now gets the idea how I feel about Pure Kustom's service, now on to the holster...

This is one solid, hard piece of leather. Well formed and sturdy, black and shiny. I chose this one because of the versatility of being both a belt slide and IWB in one. The IWB format is six position adjustable for height and kant. The holster is curved to fit the hip tightly at the 3-4:30 position. Retention is excellent. I especially appreciate the sweat shield to keep the safety out of my skin.

Summary: If you are looking for a comfortable, durable, versatile, good looking, excellently-fitted holster for your 1911 (or other for that matter), drop Rocky a line and he will make sure you are a satisfied customer.

You're the Man, Rocky! Thanks!

That's a great looking holster, but I'm still an HBE/UBG fanboy.

Thanks for the review RemMod597,

I'm glade you like your new holster. Post some pictures when you get a chance. Holsters look the best when they have their firearm in them. I'll post the pictures on my website.

Rocky

P.S

Did you try to snag the cap back. lol

Here's the Pics!

As promised I got some pics taken. I have been wearing it on the belt pretty much ever since I got it. I'll be changing to IWB this weekend for a prolonged try.
The pics are of both Belt and IWB configurations.
