I just received a belt from Side Guard holster. I think it is a excellent belt so far. (just got it) It has the thickness and rigidness that you would expect in a gun belt. Plus it is almost half the price of a beltman.

Screw that, your story absolutely seals the deal. If I don't get my belt in tomorrows mail, I will immediately pick up the phone and dispute the charges with my credit card company.
Yeah, outside of the leaking dye which ruined my $75 shorts, the belt actually seemed very well made and was good looking to boot. I'm going to call my CC company also and see if they can doing anything for me about my situation.

Good luck.

Well, Rafter S sealed the deal in a negative way for me just now. Called up, asked why I have not yet received my belt that was in stock and supposed to go out priority mail (not in todays mail either) after 2 full weeks and 2 different excuses.

I told him point blank I want a refund. His excuse this time was "I can't do that Della does it". I asked "You mean to tell me you have zero control or knowledge of your own business?" I also told him his customer service sucks now while it used to be good and that there are other members of the internet community who are also having problems with his customer service.

Makes me wonder if his wife is doing something he doesn't know about or if they are in on it together.

No matter though as I have already called my credit card company and will be getting my money back within 48 hours.

Hey Rafter S ...... Does the "S" stand for S***ty service?

I wonder who you talked to. I know when I ordered the man who answered and took my order was not the owner. I suspect that they got swamped, hired someone, and the service went south.
If they keep this up they may not need the extra person.

Regards,
Jerry

I don't know who it was, but I spoke to the same guy last week and when I said "I ordered the belt on the phone from your wife" he did not correct me. This is the same guy who told me they had a problem with my address and the belt would go out that day.(it didn't) The same guy who asked me to spell my name 3 times in each phone call, and there's only 7 letters. Whoever it is he is an idiot.

Irregardless, when I called earlier today the guy took my phone number and said he would relay the message and have Della call me as soon as she got back in. Do you think I got that call?

Sh**ty customer service is the downfall of many businesses and when they figure out it has started effecting the money coming in, it is too late. Word of mouth and the internet is a powerful thing, and karma is a b**ch.

I have a great belt from Rafter, Then, they screwed me on a later order.

I cannot reccomend them. My first transaction with them was good, too bad...

This is a very good thread. Pictures of your belts would make this thread even better. I am in the market for a belt too.

Pics?

CrossBreed SuperTuck mounted on one of their belts. No complaints whatsoever.

belt

The ONLY thing I don't like about gunbelts in general, is that they tend to look very utilitarian. I mean, you can spot a potential gunbelt a mile away: thick and clunky. So far I've used a JCPenney belt on rare occasions when I have to look respectable and haven't had any issues. Does anyone have recommendations on a quality gunbelt for use with business attire?

I just ordered a crossbreed belt to go with my super-tuck. I cant wait. Everyone says it makes a world of difference in comfort and concealment. I dont have a problem with either now so i should be in heaven!
