Another vote for the SmartCarry. Wearing with cotton lounge pants was my original idea for getting one. I like mine and am currently in the process of getting used to mine.

See my post to get more info and opinions. Ordered a Smart Carry holster Today

I have a 'thin' fanny pack, my wife now uses.
Not easily seen, and perfect for just a KelTec...not your typical fanny pack. Found it in a leather shop.

Here is a short vid on SmartCarry:
Concealment Holster Review: SmartCarry Holster

I am getting one for just the application you mention. I rarely wear sweats / athletic clothing unless it is for helping with sport activities
or extreme casual wear.

Depending on your body build it may be a issue if you are out for a jog or running however.

Defender has worked for me for years.

Defender Gun Concealment Holsters

Regardless what I'm wearing it works. Even when I carry a full size Colt Double Eagle and spare mag.

Smart Carry/Thunderwear might work but only if you don't run around much. I've lost guns out of them. In my experience they have limited utility are uncomfortable and carry some risk. YMMV

Is Smart Carry or the Defender a type you can move around to the 4:00 position, or does it have to be up front?

The Defender looks nicer than the SmaryCarry to me. Anybody else use the Defender setup?
