Galco Miami classic over a T Shirt, covered by unbuttoned over shirt (same cover garment I wear for IWB). Also have covered the black one with a leather vest when riding. But I go IWB more often than others these days.

I wear a Galco jackass rig under my button up work shirt. I rivited snaps inside all my pants at the pocket line and a snap on the elastic tie downs, so I can tuck my shirt in easy and I just need to undo 2 snaps to take my pants down...

I wear a Kangaroo Holster, yes it works well with a dress shirt in fact that's the only way I wear it. I leave the 3rd button undone and that makes for a very quick draw. I do have this one small cravat. You need to be somewhat thick in the chest area to hide the grip of the weapon you are carrying. Otherwise it sticks out of your shirt.

Everyday

I wear a shoulder rig everyday in an office environment. Although it is a relaxed setting (untucked shirts), no one knows a thing. I posted pics in the "lets see how you carry" topic, and will add some pics here later. I also work in Texas = 100% concealed by law, and no one noticed about town. Not a lot of people are fond of that set up but I really do love it. Will also note I carry a taurus ultra light revolver, so it's a smaller pistol.

ETA: one I liked but got rid of was a Bianchi "tuxedo" model from nanchez. Now wearing a generic model from academy sports store. (dont remember brand). Both have been horiz rigs, still wanting to try vert rigs though.

i wear one every day on the job. i use the miami classic, the old jackass rig. been doing this for 20 plus years. in the summer it is a t-shirt type shirt with a nice cover shirt over the rig. in winter a vest or a coat works well. dress suite for court all ways works. once you wear a good made rig it is hard to used anything else. just last month i turned a baby agent on to the miami classic rig, he stated he wish he had done this years ago.

I can conceal my XD45 in a Galco Miami Classic quite well while wearing one of my printed button up shirts. It is one of the most comfortable ways to carry a full size pistol, especially while seated in a car for long periods of time, and you can get to it easily while doing that.
