In my personal experience with several orders, Eric delivers outstanding products, communicates well, and keeps his promises. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again.

Been waiting 9 weeks for mine today. He build me 3 weeks ago. I have called him twice and he is not ducking me, I spoke to him each time. He said it was mailed, but while we were on the phone he couldn't find when. Told me to wait until Tuesday to see if it arrives or if he gets it back. I told him if I don't get it Tuesday that I don't want to remake it. We last spoke on Saturday.

I am not knocking his product. It is top notch but his feedback/customer service is hit or miss. I am seeing alot of the same types of posts here in this thread that were posted when he was having a hard time. From what I have read here, it doesn't look like a whole lot is changed. I could be wrong but this many negative posts don't lie. I disagree with you on service. It is what we pay for. An individual should have a reasonable expectation as to when they will receive their product. As far as Eric making good on all his orders before he declared bankruptcy, I don't know. I do know he was way behind and I find it extremely hard to believe he made up for that in a little over a year. FWIW.

I got great service & a grest product from Eric. I sometimes wonder when 1 or 2 people have a bad taste in there mouth if others just jump on the bashing bandwagonvto add fuel to the fire.

My impression is that Eric has recovered from his previous problem. I don't know details and I do not need to.

I do not consider stating one's experience "bashing." One of the good things about this forum is that people can state their experiences with makers. If some have had less than good experiences then it is worth knowing.

I am not sure how many are having to cope with unreal delivery promises, but it seems that Eric is delivering in a short time to be such an excellent craftsman. I can only conclude that from recent posts, and have no personal experience.

I had a bad experience with a well known maker as to delivery times. He may have recently changed his practice of telling what you want to hear. However, I would need a long time of people reporting good results before I would trust him again.

I do find that some are willing to disregard broken promises, and if that is the case fine.

If I needed a holster, and Eric had what I wanted I would not hesitate to order from him at this point in time.

I've never had a problem getting any of my orders from Eric. I have several of his holsters and a gun belt and am extremely satisfied with them. In fact, I have always received my orders from him earlier than expected. IMO, Eric is one of the best out there and has always treated me well. I recommend his work to everyone and it comes with high regards.

+1!!!! Love his holsters over all others I have tried out and he has always either answered the phone or returned my calls. As stated before you are eating HIS valuable time up everytime he answers the phone. I'll take a 4-6 week (usually 2-4) wait for one of his holsters over a 6 MONTH wait for a Milt Sparks, which I have owned in the past. As a matter of fact I'm getting ready to purchase another for my model 36 S&W.

I think it is time to call when you have waited 6 weeks and now 9 weeks.

I just placed an order with Eric on March 16. I spoke to him on the phone on 2 different occasions before ordering.

The first time he answered the phone on the 2nd-3rd ring and was glad to answer all my questions and even told me not to rush ordering…just wait and figure out exactly what I want and then place the order.

The next time I called he did not answer, his voice mail came on and I just hung up, but he called me back in less than a minute. Once again was very nice and answered all of my questions.

So far he seems like a great guy to deal with. Will post back when I receive my holster and give the final verdict.

Having said that, the people who are saying that service don’t matter, they are just buying labor and product……that is just crazy. I would take a subpar product with great service over a great product with no service any day of the week.

I just got off the phone with Eric, telling him how much I like my PM9 holster. I bought it from the used section of his website, but it looks BRAND NEW.

This holster looks better in person than it did in the pics. Quality easily on par with my VMII.
