Maybe you are old hat to this and if so just ignore what I say:

The deal with custom holsters, custom grips, custom anything is this - order it and forget it. A watched pot never boils. Delivery time will be four times longer than what you are told and fretting over it won't make it go any faster. A craftsman can't make holsters AND spend all day on the phone or answering emails so every time you contact him you are bringing production to a complete standstill for everybody on the roster. Multiply that by 1000 and it's amazing they do any work at all.

Just my opinion.

Thanks for answer. And all of that is understood.

What I'm looking for is an order confirmation. I don't want to be patient for 6 months and find that the order was never received.

I don't have a problem waiting for a good product

There is an email address for them on the website. I'd try that. A phone call can cost them money, time, and they might not know the best time to call you back. An email is free and they can respond 24/7 when they have a free moment.

I sent Eric an email a couple weeks back. He called me last Saturday. My email was in his spam folder. If you use an email host like Yahoo, Hotmail or anything like that, it may end up in his spam folder.

Eric's phone number is: 801-916-9248

It's still the best way to contact him, better than email. I believe his current lead times are 3-6 wks depending whether or not you ordered anything with exotic skins.

Sent the check out on feb 20 through an on-line banking service. Just trying to find out if the check arrived and order is in the que. I don't have a problem waiting. But seeing all the pictures on this forum is turning me green
