Now, my wife just started carrying and she has been flamboozled by the lack of carry options. Something about extra bulges, doesn't go with her outfit, not very comfortable, etc., etc. We went to the local mall and started looking at purses. (She didn't want one of the Galco holster purses because it wasn't the right color, shape, size and so forth.) Lo and behold, she ended up finding a Fosil purse (white) with a zippered compartment on the backside that is perfect for her Springfield XD9 subcompact!

What was really interesting was that at the height of her frustration she said "You know, you guys just aren't going about this the right way. You need to enlist more women to advocate for open carry. If that happened then we could just hang a cute holster on an outside belt and make it part of our outfits."

Can't argue with that.
