Holster recommendations for short torso/long arm person

I wonder if any of our other members have the same body shape-related problem I have. My torso is disproportionately short given the length of my arms. As such, I couldn't even consider, for example, wearing a holter on my right-hand side (I'm right handed) at the 3 o'clock position - I'd never be able to draw the pistol from the holster. It seems to me that I have two options. (BTW, I'd like to get an OWB holster.) One, I could wear a (right-hand side) holster on my left-hand side with the grip of the pistol facing forward. (As I see it, a predictable problem here is that that would make it easier for someone to grab my pistol.) Two, I could wear a left-hand side holster in the small of my back, and draw with my right hand, palm out. Any thoughts or recommendations?

Fist holsters will work with you. (See 'Related Links' above...)
I use a Fist #41A IWB/SOB holster...I have over 6 of just that style.
This SOB holster rides (at 5:30) over the kidney and not the spine, and it's a palm out draw...very smooth and, with practice, can be brought into play almost as fast at my IWB holsters at 3:30. In fact, with a print shirt on, I can place my hand on my sidearm and it cannot be seen...
