I have a Ruger SP101 .357 Magnum 2.25" barrel and use a Milt Sparks PMK to carry it.
I LOVE THIS HOLSTER!! Luke

I have Milt Sparks PMKs for snubbier-length SP101s, and for a 4" Speed Six, so I bet your 3-1/16" SP101 will ride well in one. Of course, there is the wait, unless a Sparks dealer happens to have one in stock. I used Galco Concealables to carry my SP101s before I had the PMKs.
Congratulations on acquiring what I believe to be one of the absolute best compact carry guns on the market! I just got one for myself in that barrel length. |

Congrats on the new piece
I carry my SP IWB in a K & D Defender dual clip most of the time and it rides GREAT. Sometimes I do use a Bianchi Model 100-01 single clip IWB and it feels pretty secure with a good belt. However, it does tend to move around a little more. I think a dual clip holster is something to consider. Ooops. Sorry about that. Didn't mean to clutter the thread with unsolicited info.
I missed that part of the request completely.

When I carry my 3" GP100 I carry my SP101 on the opposite side in a Kramer MSP Paddle.
I like it's easy on/easy off capabliity. Biker
