Beltman.

I also have three belts from mernickle custom holsters. The wait is pretty long but they are beautiful.

Mernickle Custom Holsters - Dress Belts
Hi Lance,
The first time I visited his site. The belts look to be a good deal. How long was the wait?

Thanks,
Jerry

I bought a Wilderness & wore it for 6 months while I waited on my Milt Sparks. The belt is as beautiful as their holsters.

Hi KimberGirl,

When did you get them, and what was the wait time? I have a 1.25" I bought several years ago. I like it, but subsequently I read of Wild Bill not being reliable, and with bad CS. What was your experience?

Thanks,
Jerry

Thumbs up

I own a Beltman and love it. Well worth the price and looks great. I'm sure there are several good choices out there but I know you won't regret going with Beltman.

The Galco SB3 is a very nice dress belt. I wear it daily with chinos or slacks. About $56. It's also often in stock at retailers or mail order houses.

I bought a cowhide leather belt from Rafter-S. It took about 5 months and a few phone calls, but it was beautifully made and finished. It's also about 1/4" thick, which might be too thick for some holsters, clips, etc. I sure love the quality of workmanship, but given that delivery seems iffy I might try another maker next time.

The Wilderness Instructor is my rough and tumble belt. I wear it for knocking around, camping, yardwork, painting, etc.

Well the Wilderness came Friday and I wore it all day. I could tell a bit of a difference between it and the one I was wearing from Georigia Boot Company. Not a huge difference but it was a little bit stiffer.

I like the Wilderness and they shipped as they said they would and the price was right too.
