There's no denying that the end product (if received) is of high quality, but if/when the item shows up the question still remains: Will it be what I ordered? As much as I admired the work received, the poor CS turned me off on the company forever.

Rafters service is horrible but that honey elephant belt is hotttt.

I just received my order, two IWB holsters and a belt. My order was placed in late January, O9. So it's been about nine months. I got the same song and dance from Della and the boy that works there. Very frustrating but the quality of my order is great. Holsters fit well and the belt is very comfortable.

I don't even know what to say about the customer service. Very frustrating. All I know is my wife is thrilled I received the order, she doesn't have to hear me complain anymore.

Hmmm, another 1st time poster.

Well, I still haven't got my replacement belt. It will be a year in December 09. Got an email on 9/4/08 though:

"We had some trouble with our internet this summer and I just found this email in the wrong file.
Let me know where you would like this belt sent and I will get it out ASAP.
(I actually thought it had already been sent.)

Still no belt though after I promptly emailed her my address *again* that day. She didn't even respond back when I emailed her my address. No apology, response, anything. Just BS business as usual for Della. Oh, and the part about thinking it had already been sent is BS. I have called and emailed them repeatedly (before and after them finding the email she mentions above) over the last year letting them know I haven't received my belt. She has even acknowledged it before. They were well aware of the situation outside of this 'buried' email she notes above. This is just more cryptic BS from them.

Again, these people are liars and thieves. Maybe I'll get my belt someday but I would never send these losers another dime.

Both Jeremy1517 and Hitec4you have made only a single posting each. Both posting's have been favorable to Rafter's and both have been members for months. Della's up to her old tricks.
