Customer Service Beyond Expectations

I know that we all try to share the good and bad things we find, I wanted to share this post I put up over a USCCA.

After being the proud owner of not one but two boxes of shame, I got a recommendation from an instructor to look hard at Tucker Leather Kydex Holsters | Tucker Gun Leather & Kydex Holsters
specifically at the Silent Thunder. After doing some forums and internet research and seeing some of the comments on quality and service I decided to purchase two holsters. One for my wife's S&W 38 Airweight and one for my Sig P220. It was a thirty day delivery which arrived on time.

I can't tell you how pleased we both are with the comfort of these holsters. So many IWB's look alike but I'm the proud owner of 5 pretty expensive ones and none come close to the Silent Thunder.

These are kydek holsters that are leather lined and fit the gun like a custom leather glove. They are adjustable and have several types of clips for your belt or you can get them OWB. Now here's the customer service part.

I wanted to get one for my Sig 232, which by now some of you know is my favorite carry gun. Well, they don't make one for that particular gun. I was really disappointed but thought I'd write to see if they might in the future start making them for that particular Sig and that I would be willing to pay extra. Well, within two hours of sending them a e mail I get a reply from Rob Longenecker stating that they would look into buying a " form gun". I was delighted that I'd even get a reply much less one that was encouraging. Less than a hour later I got a second e mail from Rob; 'found and purchased form'. I was shocked. I wrote him back thanking him and asked him how I should proceed with the purchase since I really thought there would be a extra charge. 10 minutes later Rob writes , "Tiny,
Just order online as usual and put Sig 232 as the gun. No extra charges.
Rob".
Wow guys, that is what I call Customer Service!!!

Why can't all customer service be that good?

Congrats to Tucker Gun Leather.

Be sure to share the final product.

That is great!

It's sad that such service is the exception rather than the rule these days...

Yeah, Rob is great. In two more months I will be getting my double mag carrier and tucker belt to complete my black carry rig. :)

I couldn't agree more with the great comments about Tucker Gunleather. I have a couple of their rigs including the Silent Thunder, and they are amazing. Their work is second to none, and they are a joy to deal with. Not to mention, their lead time is better than most.
