Comp-Tac Customer Service Experience

These days, customer service can be a deal breaker for many people. That's why I wanted to relay my CS experience with CompTac...From the day I placed my order, I received a Spartan Holster within 10 days (shorter time than expected, at that time). After I wore the holster for a few days, I lost one of the tension screws (I left it too loose, btw) I contacted them and they sent me a set of replacement hardware, free of charge....In all, they were very courteous, and service was prompt...Not to mention a great product. I would reccomend Comp Tac holsters to anyone....my $.02.....

Typical for Comp-Tac. Good to hear.

I ordered a Comp-Tac C-TAC for my Kimber Pro Raptor II on July 4th. The website said 8 working days. It was in my mailbox on Thursday, July 9th. :) Also, when I ordered, I wasn't sure which model to order as the Pro Raptor has rounded slide but flat top. I contacted customer service to see if they could make sure I ordered the correct model. They were happy to help and checked with the Production Dept. to verify I was getting the correct model. Top notch service!!!

I placed an order for a CTAC back right before Hurricane Katrina, when it was headed for Houston. I expected a several week wait. I received a phone call the next day, saying they were evacuating, BUT, my holster would be shipped before they left. I told them, don't wait for me, I was expecting to wait several weeks, but they said no, they wre going to fill every order that came in until they shut down.

Sure enough I had my CTAC three days later.

Comp-Tac, you may have the best customer service on the planet.
