Bullard Dual Carry arrived today
Ordered the holster for a 4" 1911 online on June 16th. Estimated lead time is 30 business days. He shipped it to me on July 21st, which is about 25 business days. Kudos to DM Bullard for actually meeting or beating his estimated delivery time. :) I've been wearing the holster for less than an hour so it's way to early for a review or judgement, but owning and using other IWBs from K&D, Brommeland, and some Kydex too, my first impression of the Bullard is -it will be fine.

I believe you got it! I have had one for several months for my EMP 9mm and I love it. The more you wear it, the more you will love it. I also received mine earlier than they stated I would. Enjoy!

OK guys, I took a few pics, but I will have to wait until my wife gets home tonight to put them on the computer. Then I will e-mail them to whover has the know-how and is willing to post them. Back to the holster itself- I tried wearing it where I normally wear my other IWBs(about 3:30-4:00 position) and it did not take long to get uncomfortable. But, the Bullard website shows this holster worn around behind the hip. So I moved it back there and it is much more comfortable there. As far as concealment under a shirt, I have a "wait and see" attitude about that. The guy in the website photo has one of those slim model size bodies. I don't. :( That makes a difference how a concealment holster can be worn.

I've had a JM Bullard "dual carry" for about 8 months now. I gotta tell you......it's a FINE holster. Well made and comfortable... Just ordered a "tuckable" from him about 2 weeks ago for a Bersa .380. I'm sure it will be of the same quality.....

I've got a "Bodyguard" for a 5 inch 1911. Maybe not the most concealable rig out there, but it works and the quality is top notch. At the price it's a bargain and the service is excellent.
Speaking of bargains, have you checked out his belts? I have one in tan (it was my first leather gun belt, been using a Wilderness Instructor Belt for years). Thing is awesome. I'll be able to do a comparison to a Beltman Bullhide in a week or two.... but the Bullard scores points for cost, and is really well made!

I am waiting on a Crossdraw from Bullard so I am happy to hear that he is meeting or bettering his delivery estimates.
