Thumbs up Military Style

Hey guys, i know there is alot of nice setups posted on here, but I just thought I would put up something a little different. Here is how I have my gear set up in Iraq. I have the M9 by Beretta in a Blackhawk Serpa holster on the Molle system and of course I have the ever faithful M4 with an Acog. Its not the fanciest or the prettiest but it sure works for me. Anyway guys, thought you would like to see something different....

Looks like a handy rig! Function trumps form in my book, but I'm not sure how well that set up would conceal. I guess open carry only!

Cool pic...I don't know how you guys carry and dress like that in all the heat...

Are you on the left or the right?...just curious.

Thanks for the post and your service.

Well, since he says he has his M9 set up on his Molle system in a Serpa holster, and the pistol is visible high up on his chest in the pic, it would seem he's on the left.

Just a guess...

First, let me thank you for your service. I know there are a lot of good things our troops are doing over there that are never shown on the news. I have a brother and several friends there now and I wish that everyone here could know more about what y'all are doing. Again, thank you! I have a LWRC M6 in 6.8SPC that I would love to put an ACOG on. Trijicon has one made specifically for the 6.8, but I have not been able to locate one. Several places have said they would order one for me, but there is a LONG waiting list. What I am wondering is before I pay this much for a scope how well does it perform for you? I am sure you have put it through some tough abuse and you will know how it has stood up to your use. Again, thank you for the sacrifices you have made.
