it has already been discussed on forums and between individuals some think the NRA plan is to:

NRA hold the line on the lawyer requirement, in hopes of the National Carry Permit System passage by Congress, then having the NRA PPOTH be the required standard training requirement for all States.

This not a good thing, in fact it is bad thing.

and will lead to many worst things in the future.

The hand writing is on the wall.
