Improvised Weapons Workshop - March 10, 2007

IMPROVISED WEAPONS WORKSHOP
SATURDAY, March 10, 2007
8:30AM - 4:00PM

• When Bad Things Happen
• Everything Is A Weapon
• Daily Items Available
• Know Your Tools
• Scenario-Based Training

The events of 9/11 clearly have proven that when extreme situations present themselves, we will often only be able to rely upon ourselves. The people on Flight 93 who fought back against the terrorists found themselves in such a situation. The names of these heroes will live on, names like: Tom Burnett, Todd Beamer, and Mark Bingham, among others. They were without any traditional weapons, yet were able to fight back by devising weapons from everyday items at hand. They are heroes not because they died. There are some things worse than death. They are heroes because they chose to die as warriors; rather than as sheep to the slaughter.

Real martial skill and knowledge takes years of training and repetition to become instinctual, but some simple changes in perspective can truly open new vistas on how you view personal self-defense. Come with an open mind, and you will leave with a new way of looking at the immediate world around you. This workshop will teach you how to use everyday items to defend yourself. Additionally, it will also give you the keys to internalize your future training by using scenarios you select and the insight to gain greater proficiency over time.

This training is real world and extremely hard to find. Don’t miss it!
