Executive Protection Course Announcement - CT

Hello to all,
This message is being sent out to advise all interested parties that the dates for the Williams Associates Protective Services, LLC "Executive Protection" course have been scheduled.

The following will provide information on this program, and anyone who would like additional information is encouraged to contact the training division at 203.924.1784 or training@wa-protective.com

Course Overview: Designed to teach the student the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to effectively and properly provide Close Protection Services for Executives, VIP's, Celebrities, and Others.

The main training methodology of this program is based upon what is known as a building block approach. Where the drills, techniques, tactics, and stress levels are built upon each other in a gradual form.

Course Dates: 13 - 18 February 2006

Course Location: Shelton, CT.

Course Tuition: $1200.00 per person (Plus
required ammunition)

Instructors: Bryan Scott Williams / Jose Lossada

Course Curriculum: This program will cover the following topic areas.
Protective specialist methods of operation and responsibilities
Terrorism overview and mindset
Development of situational awareness skills & Introduction to threat assessments
Case histories of attacks against Multi-National corporations and executives
Principles of protection - Advances, Route Surveys, Site Surveys, etc.
Practical and field exercises
Small arms familiarization
Basic to Advanced principles of marksmanship - (Handgun, Shotgun)
Drills & Scenarios
Active countermeasures & Submission techniques
Proper Deployment and Decontamination of OC, CN and CS
First aid and emergency medicine

Registration Deadline: Anyone interested in participating in this program MUST register no later than 10 January 2006.

Upon registration, the participant will receive a full equipment list.
