Defensive Knives & Other Weapons Most people that carry a gun also carry a knife or other weapon as a backup. Finding a good blade is often harder than finding a good pistol or revolver.

Izula or Becker Necker

Hi,
I'm looking into a Rat Cutlery Izula or Becker Necker. I've looked at a few reviews just thought I would get some more pros and cons.

I own the Becker necker great little knife great for camping and such. I also own a Rat 3which is also great knife. The Izula is very similar to the Necker if I am not mistaken. Both would be good choices.

I have the izula knife in tactical pink lol and its a great blade. I daresay I wouldn't be afraid to shave with it as it holds an edge so well. Take a look at twowolvesoutdoors.com a they have some of the best prices and customer service for Rat knives out there. I believe they also carry the becker as well.

i don't own either, but i did make an exact replica of the izula based only off of a picture from online and a life-size scaling using photoshop. i made the replica because i was bored and wanted to try my own paracord wrap on the handle before i bought one. i can definitely say that as soon as i have a few extra dollars to spend on one, i'll be buying the izula for sure. i absolutely love the ergonomics of it. it's small but very usable.
