I started this thred on anouther site also, Has any one heard
any thing about Benelli's court case with BATF about there mag
extensions, they haven't sold any to the public for quite awhile
now and I haven't seen any thing in the news either.

I wasn't aware that Benelli was challenging anything. Essentially, the 90 series fell under the imports law- no SGs imported holding more than 5 (or 6?) rounds allowed. IIRC, this was seperate from the AWB. During the AWB, you could not add the extension to a post-AWB Super 90, or you had created a dreaded assault weapon. Now, I'd have to do some research. If you have a Super 90, and want to up the capacity, write to your local ATF Tech Branch, and/or email Dan Shea, with Small Arms Review for a "quickie" answer.

HKPro might have an answer, too....

Im sorry I should have been more precise, I own a Benelli nova
18in special purpose/tactical 12 guage.it holds 4 shells when I went to order a mag extension i was told that BATF was not letting benelli
bring any more into the country. I just wondered if anyone had heard
anything, its been awhile.

Last I saw where the plus 2 mag ext.. Last time I tried to order for personal use thru the department they said no can do..

Funny you mention this. I just slipped my 7 shot on my M1 Super 90 this PM. Am heading up to the club for some predator control.

The last ones that I got came from CDNN. I now have 2,7's and 2,5's. ------
