Talking New Shotgun For X-mas

My parents completely surprised me this morning with a shotgun that has been on my list for years but I have never gotten around to buying for myself. It is a 12 gauge Stoeger Coach gun, all blued with 20" barrels and dual triggers. I can't wait to get it out to the range this week. Just have to decide if I want to use it or my Mossy 500 Persuader for a home defense gun. Little bro also got his first shotgun this year, a H&R 20 gauge single shot.

It is the top one one Stoeger's page.

Congrats on the new shotty!!

A nice coach gun is on my list also.

As to your choice on home defense gun, I'd go with the Mossy.

Merry Christmas!

Frank, I already got both a .44 Colt 1851 Navy and Uberti Cattleman in .45, so all I really need is the rifle, because I dont think i can use a .30-30. The mossy will prolly stay my primary, although the dual triggers makes for some interesting possibilites.

Congrats...

on the new coach gun...

I have the polished nickel one...sent it off to 'Coyote Cap' (see internet) for a competition redo...the thing came back 'primo'...

Enjoy your new home defense system...

Stay armed...stay safe!

Congrats on your new SXS shotgun.

One of my favorite shotguns is my 1930 Western Arms Corp SXS in 12 gauge. Now we need some pics from your's because SXS only get better with age.
