10g Extended Magazines?

Ok, call me crazy... but I've got this wild hair that needs scratching:

Does anybody make extended magazine tubes/ kits for 10g shotguns like the Roadblocker or SP-10?

Nope. At least not that I've ever seen. Most 10 gauges are used for hunting, and the legal capacity is 3 most places. You might be able to find a fabricating shop in your area to make one for you. One thing I'd suggest checking is the threads on the magazine tube - if they're the same as the 12 gauge then you'll have a much easier time getting it done. This could be an expensive project.
