They don't pay them a bunch or require a whole lot of knowledge about guns to be a salesman. In a lot of ways, I like it, since there is nothing worse than a punk kid that wants to sell you his favorite single shot instead of the AR you want.

...Or the punk kid who wants to sell you his favorite AR when you're in there looking for a lever-action 30-30 that would BEAUTIFUL if someone just took the time to clean it up and re-do the furniture.
