If, by barrel shroud, you mean heat shield (they don't really go all the way around the barrel), you can use ours with built-in ghost ring sights...

Doc, I used to have one of those ATI topfolders on my Mossy 590A-1. Please make sure you push the release button before you extend it.

My buddy was taking a look at it one day while it was unloaded and forgot to push the button... The stock broke where the release button was and would not stay in the extended or locked down position afterwards. So it went into the trash, and I never did get a new one. I just replaced it with a speedfeed shorty stock, and have been happy ever since.
That was our older model, and the issue has been addressed. You should have sent it back, as all of our products come with a lifetime guarantee. Ideally, they won't break, but in my role as LE/Military sales guy, I've learned that cops and soldiers can break an anvil.

Anytime you have an issue with one of our stocks, CALL ME! We'll be sure to get things ironed out!

Scot

Got the folding stock and 5 shell holder put on yesterday. I'll try to snap some pics tonight and throw it up here.

BTW Scot, I painted the foregrip and it turned out pretty boss!

Looks great, Doc! I'm really sorry that the forend didn't work out.

JUST SO EVERYBODY KNOWS, our forends won't fit the Remington Special.

No worries, man. You guys were great to deal with. I'll just give the forend to a friend or throw it up on gunbroker or something. Again, no worries :) Thanks for making a great product!
