OK - not totally serious!

Just idle thought - fun exploration folks.

Let us imagine that where you are - ''anything goes'' - in other words, forget concealed for a bit - you are legally able to carry any weapon about your person, loaded. Even in town LOL!

So - will you shoulder your AK, your FAL - or will you have something lighter like a Win94 in .357 for example. Maybe you fancy a carbine - like CX4.

So - what'll it be - your choice entirely!!??

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Footnote - I realize that many factors might affect your decision. I might favorably consider my FAL at times, where range is important for ''reaching out'' - but I may other times think a lever was well adequate. OTOH - the AK may be ''awful tempting'' almost anywhere
OK - I am pooped and so probably feeling a tad goofy!
Tough Choice The beretta storm would be decent choice but if im carrying a long gun i want long gun performance so out of what i have would either got Ar-15 nice 30 round mags or the Cetme 308 20 rounders.
223 gives up some performance at longer range well ok lot of performance to the cetme 308
Course if i was super worried about it i would just pack my 300 win mag 700 bolt gun witha Muzzlebrake for true long range performance
I think my Springfield Armory M-21 would be the choice I would make.
M-16's seem to make a nice fashion statement
I'd carry my Rock River carbine, Vector Arms AK-47, or Benelli shotgun (dependant upon my mood... )
I'd take my Remington 1187-P.
Although I don't have one (yet), My choice would be an HK-91 clone, or an AR-15.
Just walking around it would be lightweight, select-fire, suppressed, with an assault weapon cartridge - so something like a carbine length M-16, Aug, M96.
Now the gun in the car for serious work would be a BAR.
