Sounds like your SWAT marksman need some additional training.
I don't honestly know what if any marksmanship training our local SWAT guy's have had. They talk a big game, carry a big gun, but if they've ever set their scope any further than 25-30 meters during any call out I'd be surprised.

I think any bolt gun from Wal Mart with decent iron sights would suit them perfectly.

By the way, nice rifle. Didn't want to take the thread on another path, but some questions just have to be asked, at least sometimes.

It's all about breath and trigger control. Which will be a lot easier once I finish hacking up this lung. The worst part is an entire range weekend is lost. I was using Winchester match grade for sighting in. I've got some Igman surplus that I wanted to use to torture test the magazines I've bought. Not so much the CMI, but the "Taiwanese" from Midway.

And Widener's has the best price I've seen so far for surplus. A little less than 50 cents a round for battlepacks.
