For anyone who's interested in the premium rifles, or having some work done on their current or future rifle, these folks do a fine job. Had my Savage Tactical bedded and trigger work done by them-they are in my former home town but still within an hour's drive. They might be able to find what you're looking for. Places like this just don't spring up without connections.

For over eighty years, Sako Ltd. of Finland has impressed the world with the quality of their bolt-action rifles. And the excellence of their product also impressed us at Beretta - to the point that, in 2000, we decided to become the sole importer of Sako and Tikka rifles in the United States. Sako Ltd. shares our passion for quality and our commitment to offering shooter the best that technology can offer. Without compromise.

Both brands produced by Sako Ltd. (Sako and Tikka) are truly the finest production rifles available to the American shooter. Their match-grade barrel, adjustable trigger, silky-smooth bolt and distinctive styling are only a few of the attributes that have made Sako and Tikka household names in the USA. Most importantly, these rifles only leave the Finland factory after passing a rigorous 1-inch 100-yard test, making them an industry benchmark for out-of-the-box accuracy.
Pretty bold statement, have never shot one. Looks like I should try one. Not a bad looking gun IMO not that it really matters if she shoots well.

Winchester classic featherlite, with a composite stock.. Have two of them, and after a little gun smith fine tuning they are tack drivers, yet weigh under 7-lbs with scope.

Do you have a link or info sure one of the board member would appreciate the info. If I was in the market I sure would be looking hard at that offer, maybe the OP can go a couple a hundred over budget. Imagine all the money that gun will save you in the long run

I went to the range today to test the rifle with the lower weight trigger and here are the results:

My first shot group at 100 yds. were around .5" center to center.

My second group at around .75" center to center.

My last group fro the day because the cement bench was starting to hurt against my elbow. This group is around 1.25", I shot using the bipod and my fist at the end of the stock for support, so pretty much what I would expect out on the field if I get to go hunting with it.

And this is the rifle, SPS Tactical, price around $580.00
