OK AR enthusiasts, I need your help esp if you are familiar w/ CMP military matches. I have a Bushmaster receiver I bought before the ban and have never used it. Can you give me some pointers for an economical kit to finish it, or point me to the correct AR to buy off the shelf. I want to compete in the Military AR not race category. Also price is a factor, and I have never owned an AR before.

Can't really help with your actual build question, but just in case you haven't already found it, here's a link to the rules. M-16 rifle requirements start at the bottom of page 20.
