I've had three Bushmasters and had zero problems. I'd heard mixed reviews on DPMS...we'll have to see what the "New Owners" do for the company. I got my first RRA a year ago. I can't say enough for how well the rifle is put together....and especially how accurate the thing is. My RRA is not an M4 version..it's the Predator Pursuit...but it's the most accurate factory AR I have ever seen or shot.

Good Luck....Buy sooner rather than later.

I've had my DPMS for a couple years now. It's worked flawlessly for me. When I can carry it in -30 degree weather fox hunting and it performs without a hiccup, that says something...

Between those two I would also choose Bushmaster. For a similar price you may consider the S&W, Charles Daly, and ADS guns.

Good choice. I have both and the DPMS is OK but the Bushmaster is way better.

Until you try to go with iron sights, or try to stock up on spare parts, carry it for any length of time and then compare side by side and realize you paid a lot of cash for a gun that doesnt really do anything better than an nice AR... and all that comes from a Sig fan boy- they sure are nice, but not worth the aggravation IMO.
