Was in Colorado this past week and took a few range trips with my brother and dad. He has a Yugo SKS and I was dinging the gong at 425 yds (Iron sights). I'm seriously considering one of these things.

An honest 2.5 inch groups with wolf ammo.
The main problem I had with it was every scope I would put on it would break. Actually I had a BSA red dot on it for 18 rounds and then broke. I needed to put a recoil buffer in it but sold it before I got one. I modified the cheap $15.00 scope mount so that it would hold zero and it never moved.To do this I ended up welding a piece of 1/2 strap to the sides and drilled and taped the receiver cover and receiver. Also I drill and tapped the rear of the cover installed a set screw that tightened against the take down pin. All in all I think it turned out alright.
