You know I've been thinking about getting a house gun. My only question I have is, would it be cheaper to buy a 870 or the like with the extended tube and short barrel or buy a new barrel and tube extension for my Browning BPS?

Its probably cheaper to pick up a 870 Express HD that to buy a Browning anything.

Yea I think your correct SIXTO. I found a mag tube extension for
$80.00 Still have not found a reasonably priced barrel.

Among pump shotguns, I personally prefer the Mossberg 500/590 design, mainly for the layout of the controls. I have one of these, on which I will soon put a youth-length stock, maybe some ghost ring sights, and call it done:


I'm not really much on shotguns, myself, but recent activity in our Custom Shop has infected me with a curious lust for a Saiga 12. I don't have a photo to post tonight, but some of these things look like props from Fifth Element.
