please help me find

a high quality ak

was going to buy a vector arms AKUP
vector shut down
was going to buy an arsenal SLR-107F
found a small mountain of bad reviews of the 107
was going to buy a lancaster consulting ak
cant find lancasters in stock almost anywhere

Im just looking for a medium-high quality 7.62x39 stamped ak. Folding/underfolding stock and black handguards would be preferable.
Anybody have any ideas?

Yugoslavians are supposed to be good, but only if you plan on keeping it the way it is.

Contact Jim Fuller. RIFLE DYNAMICS - Tools and Training for the Professional Warrior I understood that he was going to be offering completed rifles.

also, check the "sale" forum at Warrior talk, a couple of weeks ago a guy was selling a number of Fuller builds...don't know if any are left or not.

ramrod dont you have an arsenal? How is that for you?
I was seriously considering the SLR-107F but then when I did some looking around on AR-15.com, almost everyone had something negative to say about them

You can have one made if you happen to lay your hands on a parts' kit. Elk River make the receivers and will assemble the rifle for you.
